Softly ("we", "our", "the app") is an antistress and fidget application designed for people with ADHD and anxiety. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

Softly is designed to work without collecting personal information. Here's what we do and don't collect:

• No account required — you can use the app without signing up or providing any personal details.
• No personal data — we don't collect your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information.
• Local storage only — your timer stats, preferences, and settings are stored on your device using UserDefaults. This data never leaves your phone.
• Crash reports — we use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash data. This helps us fix bugs and improve stability. No personal information is included.
• Analytics — we may use anonymous analytics to understand which features are used most. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you.

Subscription data

If you purchase Softly Premium, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID — not your name, email, or Apple ID. We never see your payment information.

Third-party services

Softly uses the following third-party services:

Children's privacy

Softly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to retain or delete. Your local app data (preferences, timer stats) can be erased by deleting the app from your device.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Use the app without providing any personal information
• Delete all local data by uninstalling the app
• Contact us with any privacy concerns

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
